I struggle with the evenings, also. I blame the downtime for the urge to eat, so last night I got up and cleaned the kitchen. But I still ate a half a grilled cheese sandwhich on whole grain bread and 15 FF pringles :( <br /><br />Weight loss is a 'baby steps' type of thing. It's utterly amazing that you're doing 4.5 miles at Streibel Pond!
