Today is our son-in-law Mike's 39th birthday!

Mike is an important part of this large family.

And an even more important part of this smaller family.

This is a special day for us too because we pause to celebrate the fact that Mike is part of our family.  We first met him back in 1996 and it didn't take long to realize what the future would hold.

Now here is Mike 'through the years'. 

He hasn't changed much over the years, has he.  And we're glad because Mike has always been fun-loving, clever, helpful, kind, thoughtful, and loving.  And he still is.  We're so glad he's Sarah's husband; Trey, Mary, and Ethan's dad, and our son-in-law.  What a blessing he is to our family!  

So Happy Birthday, Mike.  We hope it's your best one ever but not half a good as the many more to come!  We love you!
