Yesterday the sweetest little birthday girl ever turned 3! Clara is our 8th granddaughter and 20th grandchild. She was born shortly before 8:30 a.m. on October 1st and she's been a joy and a blessing ever since.
Clara is an important part of this large family.
And an even more important part of this large but smaller family.
Here she is 'through the years. These pictures were taken approximately every three months.
Clara is fun-loving, loves music, and can dance like nobody's business (as captured by Beth)
She's independent and holds her own among three older siblings (another Beth capture)
But at the same time she's sweet, loving, generous, and kind to Harper, her babies, AND those three older siblings. She had a beautiful little birthday party and was surprised to graduate to a big-girl bed where she slept soundly all night long and didn't get up until Mom came and got her.
We're wishing Clara a beautiful year and we're looking forward to her REAL party this weekend. Happy Birthday, Sweetie! We love you.

I can't believe this little sweetie is already three. I can't wait to have her in preschool next year.
