Jack

Today is Jack's 8th birthday!

Jack is our very first great grandchild!

He is a very important part of this large family.

And a very important of this smaller but large family.

And an even more important part of this even smaller but still large family.

And in those previous posts there are many picture of him and how he's changed through the years so I'll just put a few in here.

So now I'll just talk briefly about Jack and then kind of year he's had and how things are going for him now.  For starters his biggest change this year came in October in the form of a brand new brother, Knox.

And he started second grade this year where he gets all good marks on his report card.  It helps that he's a great reader and loves reading and he enjoys playing on the tablet he got for Christmas this year!  Last summer he got pretty good a swimming independently and he continues to be an explorer - always looking for special treasures - just like his dad.

He's sweet and popular among his peers and an awesome big brother to all his younger siblings!  Jack is an all-around wonderful boy and we couldn't be more proud of him. He's helpful and thoughtful and always cooperative!  And we're wishing him a very happy birthday and a wonderful year ahead!  Happy Birthday, Jack!
