Well, I'm not gonna lie. Vehicles just aren't my forte. I don't get excited about them and I'm not even particularly interested in them so I had to look for some vehicles with something interesting about them. First, the lady who's so proud to be driving a Corvette that she advertises it. Who can blame her?
Next is the nice line of motorcycles. I always wonder how much trouble they go to to park so uniformly. It really makes an appealing sight - even if you're not a motorcycle enthusiast.
I included this vehicle because you just don't see a six-seater golf cart that often. And this one was all shined up and posing against the nice backdrop of trees and flowers. How could I leave it out?
Now seriously. How many times have you been on some busy interstate and seen a U-Haul with the back door half open!? They must have some kind of flaw or something because I see it a LOT! The really amazing thing is that the basketball never rolls out.
Then there's the cherry 1959 Thunderbird that we saw last Friday. This car was a beauty. Surely even you young people appreciate its sleek lines and sporty attitude right?
But the vehicle that really moves (literally) me is my old sweet ride.

Good job on the vehicles. I love the U-haul picture. And no, parking bikes (aka motorcycles) like that does not require a lot of effort. :-)
ReplyDeletenice variety! I like the motorcycle shot a lot. :)
ReplyDeleteOh my word- if I ever have to use a uhaul, I'm bringing my own lock!
ReplyDeleteI'm not sure if at 43 I'm considered young, but I love cars from the 50's. :) I also love how motor cycles all line up so neatly.
ReplyDeleteOkay, I want that Thunderbird. Seriously.
ReplyDeleteI really like the old car picture, I love old cars.
ReplyDeleteLove the thunderbird! The vette with the plates makes me laugh. Since moving to VA, I've never seen so many personalized plates in my life. I'm thinking about doing a post on them, but first I have to have my camera out and handy while I'm driving and that just doesn't seem safe. :)
ReplyDeleteI love my van, too. Minivan drivers, unite! :)
ReplyDeleteThat is a sweet old ride!
ReplyDeleteWhat a fun thread of pictuers, I've had the same thought as you regarding motercycles when I've seen them like that.
ReplyDeleteOn a long drive when I'm feeling tired, I'm sure that U-Haul would have scared the crap out of me!
ReplyDeleteCars from the 50's are my favorite, I guess cause I was born in the 50's. Great shots of vehicles of all kinds.
ReplyDeleteMy favorite is the line of motorcycles.... Nice job.
ReplyDeleteThe Thunderbird is gorgeous. I'd drive that. ;)
ReplyDeleteI love the golf cart. :D I totally want to get a 6 seater someday!
The motorcycle line is cool, too.

ReplyDeleteNice job, Mom. My fave is the motorcycle shot. Very cool.
ReplyDeleteThat uhaul completely freaks me out EVERY TIME. You'd think I'd learn!
ReplyDeleteFor not getting too excited by vehicles, you did a great job capturing some good ones! What's up with that U-Haul???
ReplyDeleteOk, You rocked this theme! The golf cart! Who knew!?!! and the T-bird, she's beautiful!
